Hahaha. I see what we did there. I meant:

Red Hisbiscus flowers are what you make the tea from. You can purchase dried hibiscus flowers at a Mexican grocery.

Yeah, I know. I'll have to try to find some. My deal seems to be settling down a little. The bottom line is I need to get out of the winter doldrums and back to eating right and losing weight...Even if it means eating flowers.

I take amlodipine and losartan. Mine was 171/102 few months back....now usually around 145/90, sometimes it will get as far down as 130/80.

I am 36. Overweight 245lbs at 6-0...which is why my blood pressure is a little high. It's not really very high, I had one time where I went to the docs office and got super pissed off driving there as some moron almost wrecked into me on the way, which is why my BP was high at the 171/102......well that and I couldnt get to sleep the night before, which in itself can cause high BP. I honestly wish the doctor woulda just left it alone, hate it when they try to point out something else wrong with me physically as it stresses me out.

Pain raises your BP too....As well as the ibuprofen I take for it. It only hurts when I'm awake though.

yea I have arthritic pain myself. I take naproxen for that. Getting old ain't for wusses. My body is much older than much actual age with all the wear and tear it's been through
